Item(s) may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Bedlinen & Towels are nonreturnable items and therefore final sale.
Customers are responsible for return costs and fees. We do not offer free returns. We can arrange the collection of your return item(s) for a fee based on size of the product(s) being returned.
Items must be returned in new unused, undamaged, and unassembled condition, with their boxes, inserts and all packing materials to be accepted. Items returned without original packing will only be accepted subject to a repacking fee. Used, assembled or damaged items will not be accepted.
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period of time it will be considered damaged by the customer. Orders returned damaged will not be accepted.
