Make your dreams a reality with the Bloomr VIP Program! Whether you're redecorating a few rooms or reimagining your entire home, the Bloomr VIP Program is for those looking for the assistance of an interior designer.
For those in UAE, our experienced designer will come to your home and work with you side by side to select Bloomr products that will best accent your home and elevate the look and feel. For those outside UAE our designer will work with you through photos, videos, and zoom calls to create the perfect spaces with the use of Bloomr products. .
A minimum spend of 25,000 AED in a one-time purchase on Bloomr Products is required to be eligible for the VIP Program and to receive the designer service complimentary.
Payments cannot be split up to reach the minimum spend required.
A non-refundable 2,500 AED deposit is required to schedule a home visit from the designer. For invoices totaling 25,000 AED or more, before VAT, the deposit will be used towards the purchase of Bloomr Products and will be deducted from the final invoice. For invoices totaling less than 25,000 AED, the 2500 AED deposit will be considered a designer service fee and is neither refundable or redeemable against the final invoice.
Note: Our Floral Designers only assist in the design placement and use of Bloomr products. We do not assist with outside products or design needs. This service includes a site visit and photo quotation, we do not provide 3D drawings.
Orders under 300 SAR subject to a 30 SAR delivery fee.
Delivery time: Deliveries are between 7-21 business days
Please note: Our delivery service is a doorstep to doorstep service. We will not be able to accommodate any requests to move home furnishings or furniture in your home. Should you want our delivery team to install your Bloomr item(s) we require a cleared pathway to bring the item into your home, along with a clear designated space to place the item.

Item(s) may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Bedlinen & Towels are nonreturnable items and therefore final sale.
Customers are responsible for return costs and fees. We do not offer free returns. We can arrange the collection of your return item(s) for a fee based on size of the product(s) being returned.
Items must be returned in new unused, undamaged, and unassembled condition, with their boxes, inserts and all packing materials to be accepted. Items returned without original packing will only be accepted subject to a repacking fee. Used, assembled or damaged items will not be accepted.
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period of time it will be considered damaged by the customer. Orders returned damaged will not be accepted.
