RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns Accepted Within 7 Days
Item(s) may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be in unused, unassembled and undamaged condition to be accepted.
Return All Packaging Materials
Returns will only be accepted if boxes, inserts, and all packaging materials accompany the return. Items returned without original packaging will be subject to a repackaging fee
Damaged Items
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period of time it will be considered damaged by the customer. Orders returned damaged will not be accepted.
Final Sale
Bedding, linens, pillows, cushion covers, and other household textiles are considered final sale, and therefore cannot be returned. Gift Cards are final sale.
Where To Return Item(s)
You may return your item(s) for a full refund directly to one of our 3 Bloomr Store locations.
Bloomr Return Collection
Within KSA, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can arrange for a driver to collect and return your item(s) for a return fee based on size of the product(s). Request Collection.
Request A Return
Please email customer service to request a return. Include your order number, name, and item(s) you would like to return. Customer Service will respond to you with return instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds
For Returns received within 7 days and in their original condition, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Allow 7-10 business days for your refund to reflect in your account.
Cancellations
A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours. After this time period you can return your items per the return policy.
Returns Outside Of UAE
At this time we can facilitate returns outside of UAE for a return fee based on the item(s). Customers are responsible for organizing returns and the costs associated with returns
